Blazers off to Poland for Frogs & Co Rugby club

Navy and Green striped Blazer

These dark green blazers, with navy and thin yellow stripes are off  to the Frogs & Co social rugby club in Poland – featuring the rather quirky club crest of a bouncing frog!

The club was founded in 1995 by a few French lads and one Welshman, hence Frogs and Co. At least that is the legend with some facts for good measure.

Frogs was founded as and still is a social rugby club. There have been years when the club played in  the Polish league with varyingly degrees of success. A spell of this in the early years dung the 90’s and another bash at in in the 00’s. The club has also been success in the now defunct Capitals Cup which was a CEE tournament.

The core has always been social and related to that is the Warsaw Rugby Festival now it it’s 15th year. This involves around 300 players every year during the last weekend of May and is probably Europe’s largest social Rugby Tournament. We raise funds for charities every year, giving back to the community we live in.
